Salted Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

2 pieces of salted pickled mustard green, soaked for 15 mins
2-3 preserved plum (shantou brand)
500g pork bones blanched
2-3 tomatoes, quartered - removes seeds

salt & pepper to taste


Method

1. Place all the ingredients into a large pot and add water to cover.

2. Bring to boil and simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Add salt & pepper to taste.
