Food for Sore Throat

specially hot weather, i would recommend early morning 1 cup of water mixed with a pinch of salt stir it. Drink it with empty stomach

evening time, try drink 1 cup of water + honey.

normal day, try to drink porridge water, when i got cough without phelgm, i try these way. It works like miracle for me.

Boil a pot of plain white porridge (estimate 1 cup of rice), lot of water, when the porridge is cooked. you see the water turn to white....scoop up 1 bowl to drink..add a bit of soya sauce..drink it when its warm..
