Ingredient
10 pieces of chicken wings (without drum)
100g fookchow red rice wine grain residue(buy from ntuc)
2 tbsps fookchow red wine (any red wine will do)
Seasoning
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp white sugar
Method
1. Put a little oil in a wok. Heat it gently and add in the rice grain residue and sugar.
2. Simmer over low heat till sugar has dissolved. Dish up.
3. Add no.1 to chicken wings. Place in soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 15 mins. Simmer marinated wings and contents in a covered wok for 15 min over low heat.
4. Uncover work, turn to high heat and cook till gravy has thickened. Drizzle in red wine before dishing up.
